Due to quality control, unfortunately we cannot accept returns. 

Defective Items

We will of course exchange a defective item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask you to send the defective item back to us. To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@hooksplint.com and we will instruct you on how to ship it back to us.
